FAQ
Why so cheap?
logayo runs on a tiny infrastructure footprint and we want every Pakistani shopper to be able to afford it. Rs 99/month is about the cost of a couple of cups of chai — and the annual plan works out at roughly Rs 83/month.
How does payment work?
You send the exact amount to our JazzCash account (0301 0300988, title Muhammad Shoaib) from any JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account — then enter your name and the transaction ID (TID) from your payment confirmation. We verify it against our account and activate Premium on your account, usually within a few hours. You never enter card details anywhere.
How long until my Premium is active?
We check payments manually, so it's usually a few hours — not instant. You'll see Premium on your account once we've confirmed your transaction. If it's taking long, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out fast.
What if I paid but it's not activated?
Make sure you submitted your transaction ID (TID) on the checkout page after paying. If you did and it's still not active after a few hours, contact us on WhatsApp (+92 301 0300988) with your TID and we'll activate it right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your Premium simply runs until the end of the period you paid for and then stops — there's no auto-renewal charging your account, so there's nothing to cancel. Just don't renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you're not happy, contact us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund it to your JazzCash or bank. See our Refund Policy for details.
